Vice Chair Person Anthony O’Halloran	Act and take part at Club meetings when chairman is unavailable
Secretary Garrett Foley	Communication: – With Club members and oﬃcers Meetings: Preparation for and follow up on assigned tasks Accurate recording of meeting minutes Administration: Correspondence and keeping records Membership and registration Club aﬃliation: Club Insurance Club property Working with the Committee Club Planning – Assisting in developing a Club plan
Treasurers Mike McDonnell & PJ O’ Riordan	Accounts: Annual Administration Funding Payments Charity Projects.
Web Master Chris Foley	The Webmaster is responsible for maintaining an accurate and up-to-date Internet site.Roles & Responsibilities The Webmaster ensures that the Club’s website: Presents a favorable public image of the Club Provides a source of information to club members Promotes Club partner’s and sponsors.
Merchandise Officer Brendan Shanahan	To promote the club through the sale of merchandise at club events and to raise funds through the sale of the merchandise
